1/10/11—…promotes the MUG!
Ambassador Position Filled
12/10/10—Please welcome Jed Sorokin-Altmann, our new
ambassador to Apple. Jed, a long-time Mac user, takes over the position
previously held by Phil Marchetti.

Marchetti Steps Down
10/3/10—MUG Ambassador to Apple
Phil Marchetti has recently informed the board that
he has stepped down from that position as of September 20.
As ambassador, Phil has provided valuable service
as our liaison with Apple and finding special offers
for our membership. He has also hosted many presentations
in our monthly meetings.
He will be missed.

Web Host Switch
9/8/09—We have successfully changed web host providers.
While the web site switch went very smoothly,
our e-mail addresses, as on the
Contact Us page,
are not yet working.

Fitzgerald To Step Down
6/17/09—Membership Chairman
Duane Fitzgerald has recently informed the board that
he will be stepping down as of the June meeting.
As head of the Membership committee, Duane has provided valuable service
maintaining our membership rolls,
meeting attendance, and member announcements.
He will be missed.
Projector Purchase!
4/27/08—Our MUG has purchased a
Dell 1800MP Projector
for use in MUG meetings.
It made its debut at the April meeting.
NCA-MUG AT MACWORLD
1/17/08—Our own Phil Marchetti is visiting MacWorld Expo in San Francisco this week.

APPLE RECOGNIZES NCA-MUG
1/13/08—In e-mail to the subscriber base today, Nicholas Smith announced
that Apple now recognizes NCA-MUG as an official Macintosh User Group.
